Automobile’s door handle/ rearview cover coating line
The coating line can be used to coat door handles and rearview cover parts simultaneously (or similar products), and robots are used to coat and transfer parts in different sections, using a set put diverter conveyor system. The processes, pre-surface treatment, coating, flash-off and drying are included in this coating line. The intelligent distinguishing system is designed for coating line to have the spliting flow conveyor system, so that it can automatically split kinds of parts according to differ coating requirement.
