Automobile window flow coating line
The flow coating line for window glass developed by Xinliguang is applied for differences car window glasses, skylight window glass, AB pillar and so on, with large coating range and high efficiency. This coating machine was constituted with kinds of standard conveyor modules which is easy to changeover between high-speed coating line and low-speed coating line. Meanwhile it is very compact, easily transportation by modules and spare small workspace, and it is easy to realize the technical upgrading because of the production scale and product changing, simplifying civil ground engineering of workshop. The coating room is transparent to be visible completely, with nice look and easy management. The flow coating varnish is recycled and filled to be used again, which is less waste and less pollution coating way.
