Motorcycle shell coating line

This coating line adopts two spraying methods, robot and manual spraying types, which are divided into automatic coating line and manual coating line.

The manual coating line adopts chain as the carrier to transport workpiece, and the conveying capacity is large and carries large load. The transportation control system is diversified, and running is stable and widely used, which is easy to realize the accumulation and discharge transportation.

The painting booth of this coating line adopts the circulating air mode, which greatly reduces the energy consumption in air conditioning and degrease difficulty of waste gas treatment.
